Server4You GmbH shall render for the brand SERVER4YOU all services exclusively on the basis of these General Terms and Conditions of Business. Any terms and conditions of business deviating herefrom shall not be recognised, unless expressly consented to in writing. These General Terms and Conditions of Business shall apply even if services are rendered unconditionally despite Server4You GmbH knowing of terms and conditions of the customer that conflict with or deviate from these. These General Terms and Conditions are provided in English for your convenience. Please note that in case of a dispute or discrepancy between the German Terms and Conditions and the English translation, the German version shall prevail.
